WESS+는 2026년 12월 31일까지 파일럿 기간으로 운영되며, 위 링크를 통해 공간 대관 신청을 받습니다.

［운영 방향］

WESS+는 더 많은 전시나 빠른 순환보다 창작·연구·비평의 충분한 시간을 확보하려는 시도입니다. 전시 전후의 리서치와 기록까지 창작의 일부로 여기며, 대관료 및 운영 조건을 공개해 창작자와 동료가 활동을 지속할 수 있는 환경을 함께 고민합니다.

［파일럿 기간 대관 안내］
2026년 11월 1일 ~ 12월 31일은 WESS+의 파일럿 운영 기간으로, 대관 유형을 1일 / 5일 2가지로 한정합니다.

［대관료 (파일럿 기간)］
· 1일 대관 — 56,000원
· 5일 대관 — 290,000원

※ 산정 근거: 월세 1,300,000원 + 월평균 유지비 400,000원 = 월 1,700,000원 ÷ 30일 = 1일 56,000원. 공간 유지에 필요한 최소 실비이며, 대관 수익 현황은 공개되고 WESS+ 운영 기간 연장에만 사용됩니다.

공간 사용권 / 전기·수도·인터넷·CCTV 등 기본 유지비 / 기본 소모품 구비비

［불포함 항목 (신청자 개별 부담)］
작품 제작·운송·인건비 등 개별 발생 비용

［대관자 의무］
WESS+ 기본 관리방침 준수

［신청 제한］
동일 옵션의 중복 및 연속 연장 대관은 불가합니다.

WESS+ will operate on a pilot basis through Dec. 31, 2026, and space rental applications can be submitted via the link above.

［VISION］

WESS+ is an initiative that seeks to create sufficient time for artistic production, research, and criticism, rather than prioritising a greater number of exhibitions or faster turnover. We consider research and documentation before and after an exhibition to be part of the creative process, and seek to create an environment in which artists and peers can sustain their practices by making space-use fees and operating conditions transparent.

［PILOT PERIOD RENTAL INFO］

From November 1st through December 31st, 2026, WESS+ will be open on a pilot basis with two space-use options: 1 day / 5 days.

［RENTAL FEES (PILOT PERIOD)］

· 1-day space use — KRW 56,000
· 5-day space use — KRW 290,000

※ Cost Breakdown: Monthly rent of KRW 1,300,000 + average monthly maintenance costs of KRW 400,000 = KRW 1,700,000 per month ÷ 30 days = KRW 56,000 per day. This reflects the minimum actual costs required to maintain the space. All rental revenue status and its use will be disclosed publicly and used exclusively to extend the opening period of WESS+.

Use of the space / Basic maintenance costs including electricity, water, internet, and CCTV / Basic consumables

［NOT INCLUDED (Individual Expenses)］

Any costs incurred individually by the space user, including artwork production, transportation, and labour costs

［SPACE USER’S RESPONSIBILITIES］

Comply with WESS+’s basic management and operating guidelines

［RESTRICTIONS］

Multiple or consecutive bookings for the same option are not permitted.
